Oral Examination FeesFees have been computed to cover the costs of examination and administrative expenses. They will not, therefore, be refunded or credited against a future examination. All fees must be paid in United States currency. The candidate's canceled check is to be considered the receipt. The application fee must be enclosed with each application to take the oral examination. Please refer to the CAUTION ABOUT RECEIPTS AND DEADLINES. A candidate notified in July of admissibility to the oral examination in November, December, January or for an extra examination, if needed, is required to pay the examination fee before being scheduled to take the oral examination. If the examination fee and case list have not been received in the Board office on or before August 1, (see Dates, Deadlines, Fees and Late Fees for Oral Examination for late fees) or, if these items, including the late fee, have not been received in the Board office on or before August 19, the candidate will not be scheduled to take the examination in November, December, January. No application fees will be credited against a future application or refunded. Examination fees may be refunded provided candidates inform the Board office in writing of their inability to sit for the examination prior to September 21.
