Basic Certification of Obstetricians and Gynecologists

Written Examination Fees

Fees have been computed to cover the costs of examination and administrative expenses. Application fees will not, therefore, be refunded or credited against a future examination.

All fees must be paid in United States currency.

The candidate's canceled check is to be considered the receipt.

The application fee must be enclosed with each application or reapplication to write the examination. (Please review the caution statement.)

The candidate will be notified in February 2007, of the approval of the application or reapplication, at which time the examination fee will be due.

If payment of the examination fee has not been RECEIVED in the Board office on or before March 23, 2007, the candidate will not be scheduled to write the examination in June.

Please review what a candidate should do if not contacted by the Board by February 19, 2007, of approval to write the June 25, 2007, examination.

No application fees will be refunded or credited against a future application.

Examination fees may be refunded, provided candidates inform the Board office in writing of their inability to write the examination prior to March 23, 2007.
