Strategic Priorities for Research
ABOG has identified core topics as high priorities for research. These include:
- The relevance and/or value of initial certification
- The relevance and/or value of continuing certification
- Pipeline to certification (residency and fellowship training)
- Practice patterns of certified OB-GYNs and/or subspecialists
- Psychometrics and optimization of ABOG assessments (not in scope for external entities)
- Innovations in assessment research (not in scope for external entities)
