Program Managers should add new residents after July 1.
Log in with your ABOG ID and password.
Select the 3-bar menu at the upper right corner. Select Training Maintenance.
Select “Add Residents” button. Three options are available to add residents. If your program uses either MedHub or New Innovations, templates are available to import new users. Program Managers can also add resident information individually by selecting New User. If the resident already has an ABOG ID and is a transfer to your program, select Existing User
Complete all required fields for the resident and select close.
Select ""Add to Training Program"" to move residents to the program roster.
An ABOG ID number will be generated for new residents.
Please send your residents their ABOG ID and ask them to please log in so they may confirm that their personal information is current and will become familiar with their ABOG Residency portal.
Once a resident is added, only the resident can make changes to their address or email information.
Program Managers can edit some profile information throughout the training period by selecting the resident's name.
