This can include activities that result in:
- Improved patient or population health outcomes
- Improved access to health care
- Improved patient experience (including patient satisfaction)
- Increased value in the health care system
IHHC Activity Options
There is now flexibility in fulfilling the requirements of the CC standard, allowing individuals to select the activity that best aligns with their specific practice and practice setting. Participation in one of the available activities is a mandatory requirement each year during CC Years 1 through 6.
